Lucy’s Pizzeria in Fornham All Saints, near Bury St Edmunds, will reopen on Friday, March 1 to dine-in and take-out customers




The owners of a pizzeria near Bury St Edmunds have announced they will be back serving customers tomorrow, after closing its doors at the end of last year.

In a social media post, the owners of Lucy’s Pizzeria in Fornham All Saints said the sale of their restaurant had fallen through on the week of completion.

Lucy and Francois Pretorius, will now continue to run the pizzeria, until a new buyer is found.

In the post they said: “We’ll be reopening on Friday for business as usual whilst our wonderful place finds wonderful new buyers.

“We have been working super hard to inject some spring into Lucy’s to pair with a gorgeous new menu that our talented chefs have crafted together.

“We can’t wait to see everyone again and serve our ‘taste of Italy’ that you all love so much.”

Lucy’s closed at the end of December. When it reopens tomorrow it will be for dine-in and take-out customers.
