Bay Tree Café in St John’s Street, Bury St Edmunds, among best places for kedgeree says Food by National Geographic Traveller

A dish from a popular café has caught the attention of Food by National Geographic Traveller — earning the café a spot in the magazine’s latest issue.

Alex and Lisa Rotherham, owners of the Bay Tree Café in St John’s Street, Bury St Edmunds, were thrilled to see their kedgeree featured among the best places to try the classic dish.

Kedgeree is made with flaked fish, rice, parsley, hard-boiled eggs and curry spices.
