B1083 Woodbridge Road, Sutton, near Woodbridge remains closed after a single-vehicle hits a tree

A road near a Suffolk town remains closed after a vehicle has hit a tree earlier today.

Emergency services were called to reports of a single-vehicle crash on the B1083, Woodbridge Road, Sutton, near Woodbridge, just after midnight, at 00.41am.

The road was partially blocked as a result of the incident, but remains closed both ways until further notice.

The occupant of the vehicle was taken to the hospital having sustained injuries from the incident.
