Suffolk Police launch manhunt to find Robert Francis, who failed to return to Hollesley Bay prison

Members of the public are urged not to approach a man who has failed to return to a Suffolk prison.
Robert Francis, 53, was due to return to an agreed location in Norwich at 3pm yesterday, following a day release from Hollesley Bay prison.
The 53-year-old is in prison for burglary offences.
Officers are advising the public not to approach Francis, but to call police immediately if they see him.
He is described as white, 5ft 9ins tall, of medium build, with brown eyes and brown hair. He also has a tattoo on his right check of a dot, and another on his right wrist that reads 'Tracey'.
It is unknown what he was wearing.
Anyone who has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact Suffolk Constabulary quoting CAD 342 of May 24.
