Easton Farm Park, near Framlingham and Woodbridge, to host yoga sessions with goats by Ipswich instructor Diana Malone
A trend that has taken US TikTok by storm is coming to a farm in Suffolk.
Ipswich-based instructor Diana Malone is offering the chance for anyone, regardless of experience, to perform yoga with goats.
The sessions will take place every two weeks, from April to October at Easton Farm Park, between Woodbridge and Framlingham.
Diana trained as a yoga instructor – known as a yogi – over a decade ago in Thailand.
She introduced the loveable farm animals to the practice after hearing about it from a fellow teacher from across the pond.
Anyone aged six and over can take part.
Yoga will take place outside in the farm's grassed paddock, or in the barn in the event of rain.
Attendees should bring their own mat, Diana said.
Tickets can be booked on the Eventbrite website, which selected Diana's event as one of five yogis 'driving diversity' in the discipline from a pool of over 10,000.
Camping and glamping are also available, but must be booked through Easton Farm Park.
Groups can also attend.
Diana said the sessions are used by a range of clients, from businesses to hen parties.
She added: “Yoga with young goats is such fun and we practise outside in nature, connecting with the earth, people and animals.
"Goats are like children, they love human interaction and are unpredictable, which makes our attendees stay in the moment – you have no idea what they’re going to do next.
"The classes are accessible to everyone and the goats just mill around. Some people just sit on the mats and interact with the goats while others are stretching but taking extra care in balancing as the friendly goats weave in and out.
“Our attendees get a huge release of feel-good hormones that bring happiness and relaxation."
