Woodbridge burglaries see jewellery and cash stolen




Various items of jewellery was stolen in two burglaries in Woodbridge this week.

The first incident was between August 11 to 17 property in Greyfriars.

Burglars entered the property through the back and and stole a watch.

The second was between 2pm to 4pm on Wednesday at a property in Warren Hill Road.

This time, the burglars walked away with cash and jewellery.

Suffolk Police are unsure if both incidents are linked, but are keeping 'an open mind'.

They are urging residents to be aware of suspicious behaviour or vehicles in their area.

Witnesses or anyone driving in these areas with dashcam footage are being urged to contact South CID at Suffolk police quoting reference 37/53181/22 (Greyfriars) and 37/52937/22 (Warren Hill Road).
