Pete Tong and The Heritage Orchestra storm Newmarket with Ibiza classics

Ibiza classics with a twist stormed Newmarket Nights on Friday as Pete Tong and The Heritage Orchestra took to the racecourse's stage.

The sold out performance did not disappoint with a packed premier, grandstand and paddock enclosure dancing the night away to the BBC Radio 1 DJ's set.

With doors opening early for racegoers to don their best dresses and suits and watch the horse racing then party the night away to a fabulous orchestra set.

Classics such as Swedish House Mafia - One (Your Name) and Faithless - Insomnia (I Can't Get No Sleep) were played with an orchestral twist thrilling the audience as the sun set in Newmarket.

The crowd particularly went wild for Shapeshifters - Lola's Theme and Eric Prydz - Pjanoo.

Not forgetting the classic Show me Love by Robin S.

Dance music king Pete Tong yet again influenced the stage with dance anthems making the night a one that will not be forgotten in a while.

I'm sure this will not be the last we will see from the icon who has dominated the industry for more than two decades.

The next act coming to Newmarket Nights is Bananarama on Friday.
