Witness appeal after pair of burglaries in Sudbury area
Witnesses have been urged to come forward, following a pair of burglaries in the Sudbury area.
A break-in occurred in Waldingfield Road, Chilton at approximately 2.50am on Friday, when an unknown number of suspects gained access to the site by cutting the fence.
They subsequently entered the offices and stole a quantity of cash from inside.
The burglary comes after a previous incident in the same area, which took place on Sunday, June 9, at about 4am.
During this incident, lorry cabs were broken into, before items such as a cash till, a tow rope and batteries were taken.
Suffolk Police is now appealing for anybody who noticed any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area at the times stated, or who has any information about what happened, to come forward.
