Witness appeal after motorcyclist injured following collision with house in Hadleigh

A motorcyclist is in a stable condition in hospital after sustaining serious injuries when he collided with a property in Hadleigh at the weekend.

Officers from Suffolk Police was called out to Matilda Groome Road at 1.40pm on Saturday, June 23, following reports of a single-vehicle crash.

The vehicle, a Ducati motorbike, had been travelling along the road when it left the highway and collided with the side of a nearby house.

The rider, a man aged in his 50s, suffered serious injuries and was transported from the scene to Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

The man is currently believed to be in a stable condition, and he remains in hospital.

Police are now appealing for any witnesses to the collision, or anybody who may have dashboard camera footage captured around the time of the crash, to please get in touch.
