Sudbury Heritage Centre and Museum’s heritage event on Saturday will take place.

The nationwide heritage day will see St Peter’s as well the assembly room and the Mayor’s Parlour in the town hall opened for free to members of the public.

The Sudbury Heritage Centre and Museum will also open, giving free access to all of the exhibits.

This includes the recently opened Anthony Wheeler room, which currently has items from the Second World War on display.

One change, however, is the possible cancellation of the antiques and curiosities assessments, which is likely to be reorganised for a later date.
