Two suspects connected to break-in at home in Polstead
Two suspects are being sought by police in connection with a burglary of a home in Polstead last week.
The break-in occurred on Wednesday, November 20, at some point between 9.45am and noon, when a number of offenders forced their way into a property on Polstead Hill, by smashing the rear kitchen door glass with a heavy garden object.
Once inside, they carried out a search of most of the rooms, although a police spokesman said it is currently unclear if anything was stolen.
Officers would like to speak to two men, who were seen in the area heading in the direction of a light-coloured hatchback vehicle, after the victim returned home.
The first man is described as white, about 40 years old, 6ft tall and of stocky build. He was wearing a white cap and a white zip-up sports top.
The second man is described as 40 years old, slimmer than the first male and shorter. He wore dark clothing and a black-coloured zip-up puffa jacket.
