Sudbury support groups on hand to raise awareness on World Mental Health Day

Organisations which provide mental health and counselling services in Sudbury will be on hand to help people on World Mental Health Day on Thursday.
Staff from the Kernos Centre, Suffolk Befriending Service, the Richmond Fellowship, Community Action Suffolk and Suffolk User Forum will be manning a stall near the town hall on Market Hill on October 11, from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
Representatives will be on hand to provide advice and information, while pat dogs, who love to meet people of all ages, will also be at the stand.
Musicians Serena Grant and Will Ginno, who works at Suffolk Befriending Service, will be performing live music on the day.
Sainsbury’s and Waitrose are providing fruit and cakes.
