Tudor Primary School in Sudbury described a pair of concerts held for parents by pupils last week as a huge success.

The whole school spent the entire week learning seven songs, which they performed in two iSing Pop shows in St Peter’s on Friday.

On Thursday, prior to the concerts, they also recorded their own album, which has since been purchased by many parents.

The project was supported by the Essex Trust, in connection with St Gregory’s Church in Sudbury.

Deputy headteacher Emma Ince said: “The entire school and staff were singing up and down the corridors last week. It was a real whole community event.

“We absolutely loved it. As we performed, we had members of the public sitting outside the church enjoying the music.”
