The Swan Hotel in Lavenham's High Street is a favourite amongst visitors, who rated it 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor.
This hotel and spa dates back to the 15th century and has a restaurant which has been handed an AA 4 Red star award and two AA Rosettes.
The hotel is steeped in history from the area, including a wall signed by British and American airmen stationed at Lavenham Airfield during World War II, which makes it the perfect place to explore and learn more about the county.
A total of 46 double rooms, twin rooms, luxury larger rooms and impressive suites are on offer here, so there is something to suit everyone's tastes. There is also a self-catering cottage.
