Person treated for smoke inhalation in Great Cornard house fire

Fire crews from Sudbury and Long Melford were called to a house fire in Great Cornard on Friday.

It happened at a property in Maldon Court at about 5.47pm, and was under control by 6.52pm.

One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
