Man dies following A131 at Twinstead, near Sudbury, serious crash
A man has died following a crash near a Suffolk town yesterday which saw another man arrested.
Essex Police were called at around 10.40am to the collision on the A131 at Twinstead, near Sudbury, between a lorry and a motorbike.
The motorbike rider, in his 40s, died at the scene.
The lorry driver, a 29-year-old from Enfield, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
He was taken into custody for questioning and has since been released under investigation.
The road was initially closed for investigations and to recover the vehicles, and it was reopened around 6.25pm.
