Join The Listening Project which is coming to Sudbury

Do you have an enduring friendship you would like to capture in conversation or an important conversation you would love to hold with someone?

If you do you could be part of a nationwide scheme to record wide ranging and diverse one to one conversations.

The BBC’s Listening Project is coming to Market Hill Sudbury on August 14 and producers would like to hear your conversation.

The listening booth will be in Sudbury to record that conversation and and save your story for posterity.

So far the project has covered conversations about the highs and lows of motherhood, handling a terminal illness and why gorrillas like Marmite.

The project is a partnership between BBC Radio 4, BBC Local Radio and The British Library. Its aim is to encourage people to share that important conversation with someone close to them.

The programme is presented by Fi Glover and the mobile listening booth has been commissioned by the BBC and the Royal Institute of British Architecture to record around the country.

It will also be in the Abbey Gardens on August 10 and 11
