Sudbury insurance brokerage Coversure celebrates back-to-back Feefo gold service awards

A Sudbury-based insurance company has voiced its delight at earning back-to-back annual awards, based on the positive feedback of its customers.

Independent family-run insurance brokerage Coversure has been presented with the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for the second year running, it was announced last Monday.

The accolade is given to businesses which maintain a strong average rating via the customer reviews and insights platform Feefo, over the course of a 12-month period.

To obtain gold, firms had to receive a minimum of 50 verified reviews, and maintain an average rating of between 4.5 and the maximum of five, between January 1 and December 31.

Having reached these benchmarks to repeat the success it achieved last year, Coversure hailed the recognition as testament to its staff’s hard work, and commitment to providing a high level of service.

Lee Parker, owner of Coversure, said: “We are delighted to receive this award, which reflects the trust our customers place in us.

“Providing excellent service is at the heart of everything we do.

“This recognition is a great endorsement of our ongoing efforts to support our clients.”

Based in Station Road, Coversure is now entering its 18th year in business.

The company offers insurance policies for property owners, commercial enterprises, vehicles and liabilities.

Mr Parker, who is also a Babergh district councillor representing the Assington ward, added: “This award is not just for us; it’s for our customers, too.

“Their feedback helps us to continually improve and ensures we are meeting their needs.

“We look forward to providing the same high level of service throughout 2025 and beyond.”
