Four suspects wanted by police in connection with attempted robbery of man in Sudbury
Four suspects are being sought by police, in relation to an attempted robbery of a man, which took place in Sudbury yesterday evening.
The incident occurred in King Street on Thursday, at approximately 9.35pm, when a 22-year-old male victim was approached by a woman asking for money.
She then made a phone call to an unknown person describing the victim, after he refused to hand over any cash to her.
A short time later, as the victim was walking away from the area, he was ushered into the driveway between Chicken George and Illustrated Tattoos in King Street by three men.
One of the suspects grabbed the victim and pushed him against the wall, while the others searched his pockets, before the victim was able to run away unhurt.
The female suspect is described as being white, aged in her mid 20s, about five foot five inches tall, with ginger straggly hair, and she wore a black tank top and black leggings with white trainers.
The male suspects are described as being white and aged in their late 20s or early 30s.
They all had their hoods up and wore a black bandana covering their mouths, and they were wearing either grey jogging bottoms or black jogging bottoms.
