Families get on your bikes for West Suffolk Hospital

A free family cycle ride is being part of a new charity event in support of West Suffolk Hospital.
The West Suffolk Spin charity cycle event is on Sunday May 29 with more than 200 people signed up to tackle a course of 25, 50 or 100 miles around WSH’s catchment area.
While there is still time to sign up for that at www.wsh.nhs.uk/spin, a free family cycle ride round Nowton Park has also been set up by My WiSh Charity’s special events committee.
It is open to all who turn up at Nowton Park between 10am and 3pm, with a Spin medal for those who finish .
