Suffolk Creative Spaces, in Long Melford, offers content creation hub to help businesses increase online profile

A dedicated space for content creation is striving to help businesses of all kinds grow their profile, after launching in Long Melford.

Suffolk Creative Spaces has set up shop in Hall Street, offering professional settings to develop content so customers can expand their presence online and on social media.

The site includes separate spaces for creating videos, podcasts and photography, as well as a meeting or training room for people to share ideas and collaborate.

Liam Gardner – co-director of Suffolk Creative Spaces, along with Farley Boxall – said he felt there was a gap in the market locally for this type of service, which they hope to fill.

Having previously worked as a content creator for a national training provider, he said the lack of suitable spaces to make this content was the biggest barrier.

“I’ve always had a keen interest in content creation and helping people to share their stories and messages,” Mr Gardner said. “I’ve been creating for 10 years.

“The building became available in Long Melford so we took that on with a view to helping provide a service for people to do it themselves, or with a professional, to create content.

“To my knowledge, we haven’t seen anywhere else in the Sudbury area doing this.

“We had our opening event last week and the response has been really positive. We’ve got bookings into the future and various different opportunities. We’ve hit the ground running.”

Mr Gardner stated that, over the long-term, they wre hopeful a steady stream of bookings would enable them to continue to grow the spaces and potentially branch out to other venues.

He added they welcomed inquiries from small-to-medium-sized businesses interested in growing their digital profile. See suffolkcreativespaces.co.uk

Opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, while Saturday and Sunday are appointment only.
