Caring boy, 4, donates long locks to cancer charity

A four-year-old boy from Great Cornard is delighted his long locks will benefit youngsters affected by cancer, after donating his hair to charity.

Paddy Bareham, of Hawthorn Road, had 16 inches of hair cut off, which will be made into wigs to aid cancer patients thanks to the work of the Little Princess Trust.

“He really enjoyed the experience,” said his grandmother Theresa Altintop. “He sat there as good as gold – he was so excited that his hair was going to other children.”
