BREAKING: Tim Passmore re-elected as Suffolk Police and Crime Commissioner

Tim Passmore has been re-elected as the police and crime commissioner for Suffolk.
Mr Passmore, a Conservative who has held the post since 2012, was declared the winner after a count of the second preference votes.
He had faced competition from Terence Carter (Green Party), Simon Tobin (UKIP), Helen Korfanty (Lib Dem) and Cath Pickles Labour).
