Two Sudbury pupils have become millionaire readers.

Jess Sims-Lillingstone and Ben Steel from Woodhall Primary School have each read one million words since the school introduced the Accelerated Reader scheme in May.

Having read a book, the children take an online quiz which calculates the accuracy of their comprehension and gives them a cumulative word count of the books they have read.

The pair received a Kindle and Amazon vouchers.
