Mid Suffolk Business Exhibition 2023 returns to Stowmarket after two years
A business fair is preparing to welcome companies and consumers for the first in-person event in two years.
Hosted by Stowmarket and District Chamber of Commerce, the event will be on Wednesday, March 29 from 9.30am to 1pm at The Mix in Ipswich Street, Stowmarket.
The free exhibition will see a range of more than 30 stands from independent and local businesses from the Mid Suffolk area.
Sarah Manning, exhibition co-ordinator, said: “We’re really excited for it - we’ve got loads of great exhibitors with some really good sponsors behind us.
“It’s just a nice opportunity for local businesses to get out there and to show people what they can offer.”
There are still stands available for businesses which would like to exhibit and for further booking information, click here.
A networking breakfast is also taking place which gives business owners a chance to meet over a cup of coffee before the event starts.
With Covid-restricitons out of the way, Sarah is particularly looking forward to bringing people together.
She said: “Our online event last year was successful - but I think everyone is really wanting to get out there face to face and meet people again.
“With the economy being so uncertain at the moment, it’s a good time to try and support our local businesses and focus on the local economy.
“There’s lots of great businesses that can help other businesses and it’s nice to be able to bring them together.”
The event is free to the public, however booking is required and you can book up by clicking here.
The Mid Suffolk Business Exhibition is sponsored by Jaynic, Stowmarket Town Council, Ipswich and Suffolk Small Business Association and Gateway 14.
