Stowmarket drone photographs of Gateway 14 and former Middle School site get Facebook attention

Drone photographs of two major developments in Stowmarket have been attracting plenty of attention on social media.

Pictures of the former Stowmarket Middle School site and the Gateway 14 development were taken by drone pilot Paul Rudland, 37, who runs All Drone Uk Ltd.

Mr Rudland, who lives in the town said: “From high up you get to see the scale of the developments.

“Gateway 14 is crazy, people are really interested in what is going on there.”

The former Stowmarket Middle School pupil, captured some impressive drone images of the school site, next to the recreation ground.

He said he hopes that the tall trees on the border of the site, that he remembers from his school years, will remain in place.

Mr Rudland is often asked to take photographs using his drone as people like to see a ‘different perspective’.

Recently he used a drone to help Combs Church identify where a leak in their roof was coming from.

He also uses his drone skills to volunteer for Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue (SULSAR).
