Stone Street in Coddenham closed as lorry ends up in ditch

A road has been closed while a tanker lorry is being recovered after driving into a ditch.

The police were called to Stone Street, Coddenham, near Stowmarket, after the lorry driver tried to navigate round a tight bend.

The driver of the lorry did not sustain any injuries, however a spokesman for the police confirmed the vehicle is stuck in the ditch.

The entire rural road has been closed since 12pm today as the lorry is being recovered.
