Series of tools stolen from vehicle in The Avenue, Kessingland, near Southwold, after thieves smash their way in




A series of tools were stolen after thieves smashed their way into a vehicle in a village.

An angle grinder, hand tools, batteries and tool boxes containing more drills were taken from a vehicle in The Avenue, Kessingland, at some time between 4pm on Saturday and 3pm on Tuesday.

Its door was drilled and the lock tampered with to try and gain entry before thieves resorted to smashing a window.

Anyone who may have information about the theft should contact Suffolk Police on 101 or through its ‘Tell Us’ portal, quoting crime reference number 37/29849/24.
