A14 closures between junction 33 and junction 37 could cause problems for drivers over the coming days




Closure of major A14 routes could cause traffic problems for Suffolk drivers over the next two days.

Beginning at 9pm tonight, the Northbound carriageway of the A14 from Six Mile Bottom to junction 36 will be closed for repair works to take place.

This closure will remain in place until 6am tomorrow morning.

The A14 Eastbound from junction 33 to junction 37 will also be closed for essential work, including road marking and road studs replacement, between the same hours.

The Westbound carriageway at junction 37 will also be closed between slips for construction works on behalf of Graham / HW Martin, again from 9pm tonight to 6am tomorrow morning.

These three closures will be in place between the same hours on Friday also, finishing on Saturday morning.

Further closures are to be expected on Friday, as the road will be closed in both directions between junction 60 and 62 for works to be carried out. This closure will begin at 9pm and end at 5am.
