Latitude Festival opens campsite and campervan fields early due to upcoming rail strikes

A Suffolk festival site has opened for general and family ticket holders ahead of planned rail strikes this week.

Access to the campsite and campervan fields at the Latitude festival, which starts tomorrow, has opened a day early due to the upcoming rail strikes between July 20 and July 22.

The organisers of the festival have taken to their social media to encourage those attending to ‘plan ahead’, even if people are not traveling by train.

The strikes are likely to impact those driving to the festival due to more people traveling by car.

Access to the village site will remain closed until Thursday morning.
