Opening date announced for Mildenhall American-style chicken wing restaurant Top G Wings coming to town centre

The opening date has been announced for a new American-style chicken wing restaurant coming to a town centre in Suffolk.

Top G Wings on Saint Andrew’s Street in Mildenhall, is set to open its doors to members of the public on Tuesday, November 28.

Local entrepreneurs Shaz Begg, 42, and Paul Stannard, 45, took over the former Thai restaurant En-Thai-Sing earlier this year and now can’t wait to get started after months of renovation.

“Paul and I are very excited and it’s now become real announcing the date,” Mr Begg said.

“We still have a lot to get done but we can’t wait and the response from the public has been amazing so far.

“We are very happy with how the shop is now looking, we had a few delays which set us back a month but the shop is like new now.”

Mr Begg, who also runs Indian restaurant Gandhi in Mildenhall, said customers can expect a friendly team and that some of the best wings and chicken burgers in the area will be provided.

Chicken wings and strips will be available in eight different flavours from mild to extremely hot, with a range of soft drinks and exotic fruit drinks on offer, as well as loaded fries which Mr Begg has tipped to be a popular choice.

The shop is doing an opening offer of 50 per cent off which will only last a few days, with a Top G Wings app also available to download where you can receive exclusive deals, including a £5 welcome voucher.
