Woman arrested on suspicion of setting fire to flat in Spexhall Way, Lowestoft, released on bail
A 46-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of setting fire to a Lowestoft flat has been released on bail.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to a flat in Spexhall Way at around 11pm on Thursday.
A woman was arrested at the scene on suspicion of arson endangering life.
She was later arrested on suspicion of assault on an emergency worker after a police officer was spat at in an ambulance, as well as on suspicion of common assault after a 49-year-old woman was pulled by the hair and kicked.
She has since been released on bail and is due to answer to police on July 5.
