Several Lowestoft vehicles targeted in trail of vandalism and thefts in Spexhall Way, Lakeland Drive, Fir Lane and Osprey Green




Several vehicles were targeted in a trail of vandalism and thefts in a seaside town.

A vehicle parked in Spexhall Way, Lowestoft, had its offside front window smashed at some time between 10pm on Friday and 9.30am on Saturday (reference: 37/24757/24).

A Fir Lane car was entered at some point between 6pm on Sunday and 7am yesterday.

The door lock and ignition barrel were damaged (reference: 37/25312/24)

The back of a vehicle in Lakeland Drive had paint sprayed on it at around 3.40am on Monday.

It is believed the suspects left the area in a white vehicle (reference: 37/25252/24).

At around 2am yesterday, two men broke into the back of a van in Osprey Green by removing its door handle and damaging the lock.

An ECFO long reach hedge trimmer and black petrol leaf blower were stolen (reference: 37/25205/24).

Anyone with any information on these incidents should contact Suffolk Police on 101 or through its ‘Tell Us’ portal, quoting the relevant crime reference numbers.
