Plans for a new ‘Massage and Hot Stone Lowestoft’ in Battery Green Road approved by East Suffolk Council
Plans for a new massage and hot stone therapy parlour in a coastal town have been given the green light.
East Suffolk Council approved the change of use application by Meng Keong Loh for the Staffbank building in Battery Green Road, Lowestoft, today.
Lowestoft Town Council recommended planners to approve the proposals.
A separate application for non illuminated advertisement consent, which lists the shop as being called ‘Massage and Hot Stone Lowestoft’ was also approved.
Elevations submitted to planners as part of the proposals list the client name as Body Skin Health Ltd, which is based in Covent Garden.
Designs show the first floor would be reconfigured to provide a reception area, to the back of which there would be a massage room and a kitchen.
The second floor would have two massage rooms and a bathroom, while the top floor would be used for storage.
