Lowestoft bringing the fun with new play areas
Lowestoft can expect to see some new play areas in the coming days.
A new area will be created at Cotman Close, whilst the area at Normanston Park will be refurbished with a nautical theme.
The works have already started on the Cotman Close development, whilst the works at Normanston Park will start next week (Monday, September 25)
A spokesperson for Lowestoft Town Council said: “Lowestoft Town Council are committed to investing in and improving our parks and open spaces.
“Since the Town Council’s formation in 2017, we have progressed regular refurbishments in our play areas across Lowestoft, with these two play area refurbishments being our latest.
“The play area at Cotman Close will include new equipment with a new multi-play tower block, including slides, tunnels, climbing frames and rope bridges.
“Normanston Park will see some new equipment added to the existing play area, with a new maritime-themed multi-unit, seesaw and sensory play features.”
