Lowestoft motorists urged to avoid Gorleston Road and surrounding area due to broken down lorry

A broken down lorry is causing delays on a key route and surrounding roads in a town.

At 5.04pm, Suffolk Police said there were tailbacks in Lowestoft due to the incident in Gorleston Road.

Surrounding roads are also affected.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area.
