Man arrested in Lowestoft after being suspected of carrying a knife during a fight in London Road South

A 33-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly turning up to a fight with a suspected knife.

Police were called to London Road South, Lowestoft, at 3.50am this morning, following reports of a dispute between three males.

Officers arrived at the scene quickly, where one man was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of an offensive weapon, believed to be a knife.

He was taken to Great Yarmouth Police station for questioning, where he remains.
