Suffolk Police appeal after Lowestoft fish and chip shops hit by break-ins
Fish and chip shops in Lowestoft have been hit by a spate of break-ins – prompting a police appeal.
Mr Chips in Stradbroke Road was targeted at some point between 11pm on Monday and 9.30am on Tuesday.
A quantity of cash was stolen from the shop.
On Tuesday, a break-in was reported at Pakefield Plaice in Pakefield Street.
This occurred around 4.05am – but it is not believed anything was stolen.
Police wish to speak to anyone who witnessed the incidents, or who may have information of potential interest to investigators.
