Wangford Road in Lakenheath shut after lorry overturns

A key road in a town has been shut after a lorry overturned.

Police were called at 1.45pm to the incident in Wangford Road, Lakenheath.

The route has been closed between the A1065 and the B1112.

Officers are at the scene and awaiting recovery of the lorry.

The fire and ambulance service also attended but there are not believed to be any injuries.

The road closure has been left with Suffolk Highways to manage.
