Additional crews were required due to the complexity of the fire, a spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said.

A team of 12 firefighters wearing breathing equipment went into the building to put out the fire and clear smoke.

Suppression systems inside the building were also use to extinguish the flames.

The SFRS spokesman said no one was injured in the blaze and it was quickly brought under control, limiting damage from fire and smoke.
