Team behind Look Wright Aesthetics at Brightwell Barns, near Martlesham Heath, opens sister salon, Tan Wright

An award-winning beauty business has had an exciting start to the new year by opening a second outlet.

Look Wright Aesthetics, based at Brightwell Barns, near Martlesham Heath, launched a sister salon, Tan Wright.

The new salon, also located at Brightwell Barns, offers tanning, nails and brow work, while Look Wright Aesthetics will shift its focus on massage, Botox, facials and laser treatments.

Mia Chandler, who has worked at Look Wright since January 2024, took on the role of salon manager.

She said: “It has been such an exciting start to the year. It’s amazing how busy we are already.”

The team wanted Tan Wright to have a ‘bright, upbeat and welcoming vibe’ which Mia felt suited her personality.

The shift was a natural transition, she said.

Mia added: “We’re already seeing lots of new faces on top of our regular clientele, which is really nice.

“I’ve worked in the industry for four years now and absolutely love it. I feel so lucky to have been given this opportunity and am so excited for the year ahead.”

Last year, the Look Wright team serviced more than 8,500 customers and scooped its second Muddy Stilettos award.

It also welcomed massage influence Jason Allen to the salon for a week.

Donna Wright founded Look Wright in 2020 and opened the new salon with help of her son, Antonio Dedona.

She said opening the second location was exciting.

Donna added: “There’s nowhere on this side of town offering what we do – especially with free parking, seven-day-a-week operations and great customer service. We do all the little things right.

“What started as a side hustle has grown into something amazing – and that’s all thanks to people like Mia and everyone else in our incredible team.

“She is an absolute rarity in her talents and I am so proud of her for taking this next step in her career.”
