Ipswich Town midfielder Teddy Bishop is reportedly wanted by Cambridge United
Ipswich Town midfielder Teddy Bishop is reportedly a transfer target of his hometown club Cambridge United.
Bishop's appearances during the 2020/21 campaign triggered a 12-month extension to his contract at Portman Road, but like most of the Ipswich squad, it is believed manager Paul Cook has told him he can move on this summer.
And according to TWTD, that has captured the attention of Cambridge, who will be playing against the Tractor Boys next term following their promotion from League Two.
Bishop has risen through the ranks at Ipswich, having joined the club at under-8 level.
He has gone on to make more than 130 senior appearances, scoring five goals in the process.
