Ipswich Town forward James Norwood sidelined by hamstring injury
Ipswich Town striker James Norwood will be sidelined for at least the next six weeks with a hamstring injury.
The 30-year-old suffered the complaint during a training session earlier this week.
"It’s not as bad as first feared but the scans have shown that Nors is likely to be out for six weeks at a minimum," Town's general manager of football operations Lee O'Neill told the club's website.
Norwood, who joined the Tractor Boys from Tranmere Rovers last summer, has made five appearances in all competitions this term.
