FA Cup fifth round TV picks: ITV4 to show Nottingham Forest v Ipswich Town on Monday March 3, Manchester United v Fulham live on BBC One, Manchester City v Plymouth Argyle live on ITV4
The FA have announced the confirmed dates for FA Cup fifth round ties, including the TV picks.
Ipswich Town’s last-16 trip to Nottingham Forest will take place on Monday, March 3 with a 7.30pm kick-off and be shown live on ITV4.
It will be the final FA Cup tie of the weekend with seven of the eight matches televised live.
The fifth round starts with Aston Villa hosting Cardiff on Friday, February 28 on ITV 1, kick-off 8pm.
On Saturday, March 1, BBC One will show Crystal Palace against Millwall (12.15pm) with Preston versus Burnley available on BBC iPlayer at the same time.
Bournemouth’s clash at home to Wolves is the only non-televised game, taking place in the traditional 3pm Saturday slot.
Manchester City will host giantkillers Plymouth Argyle at 5.45pm on ITV4.
On Sunday, March 2, Newcastle United will host Brighton & Hove Albion at 1.45pm on ITV1, with BBC One showing Manchester United against Fulham at 4.30pm.
Ipswich reached this stage of the competition courtesy of a 4-1 win at Coventry City in round four. Forest won on penalties at League 1 Exeter City.
Winning teams will earn £225,000 in prize money and a place in the quarter-finals.
