An Ipswich shopping centre will go under the hammer with a starting guide price of £3 million.
Sailmakers, in Tavern Street, will be sold at an online auction held by Allsop on March 21.
The centre, which spreads over nearly 8,040sqm, has an estimated value of £3 million and is occupied by retailers such as River Island, Poundland and Bodycare.
The sale comes after plans to convert vacant retail space on the first and second floors into flats were approved last week.
The plans were submitted by the shopping centre’s owner ALB last month and will see 14 one-bed flats, six two-bed flats and six studio flats spread across both floors.
