The cheapest places to fill up your car in Suffolk including in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and Haverhill




Petrol prices remain a bone of contention as Suffolk residents look to save money where they can in the cost of living crisis.

The hunt for the cheapest prices in the county is still rife, despite prices dropping considerably since the fuel shortages of last summer.

We have taken a look at the PetrolPrices app to see where you can save money.

The cheapest place for fuel across the county is the Murco garage in Old Stowmarket Road, Woolpit, with unleaded priced at 142.9p per litre.

Bury St Edmunds

In Bury St Edmunds, the cheapest place to fill up your car is Asda in Western Way, with the price of unleaded currently 147.7p per litre and diesel 166.7p per litre.

The BP garage, in Out Westgate, is the most expensive, with unleaded priced at 154p per litre and diesel 171.9p per litre.
