Police searching for missing Ipswich 12-year-old Diesel Layton

Police are searching for a 12-year-old who has gone missing from Ipswich.

Diesel Layton was last seen around 9am yesterday.

Diesel is described as having a stocky build and is about 5ft5in, with short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a beige hooded top, grey jogging bottoms, black shoes and was carrying a Nike rucksack.

Officers believe he may have travelled by train to Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Police are working to track Diesel down.

Anyone who spots him or knows where he may be should get in touch with Suffolk police, quoting CAD 286 of February 18.
