Vadar-ghimes Agafitei and Zinca Agafitei charged with stealing £48,000 worth of jewellery across multiple counties, including in Suffolk




A man and woman from London have been charged with stealing more than £48,000 worth of jewellery across multiple counties.

Vadar-ghimes Agafitei and Zinca Agafitei, both 46 and of Penge Road, are set to appear before Norwich Magistrates’ Court on November 18.

They have each been charged with three counts of burglary, theft from shop and theft from person.

The pair will appear before Norwich Magistrates’ Court next month.

In addition, Vadar-ghimes Agafitei has also been charged with fraud by false representation.

They stand accused of a spate of jewellery thefts between May 14 and July 29.

In total, their alleged haul is estimated at more than £48,000.

The goods were stolen from various places in Warwickshire, Sussex, Wiltshire, Suffolk and Norfolk.
