Fire at Nationwide Metal Recycling in The Street, Denham, sparks huge emergency services response from across Suffolk
More than 10 fire crews from across Suffolk have been called to help battle a blaze at a metal recycling plant.
Eleven crews - two each from Diss, Haverhill and Ixworth and one each from Harleston, Leiston, Stradbroke, Eye and Debenham - are currently on the scene at Nationwide Metal Recycling in The Street, Denham Street.
Firefighters were called at around 5.15pm and around five crews were initially dispatched.
The fire broke out in one of the plant's workshops, which measures approximately 75 metres by 45 metres.
Eleven crews are now on the scene and a spokesman from Suffolk Fire and Rescue said they are likely to be there for 'some time'.
