Delays in Sproughton near Ipswich and A14 as boat gets stuck at junction between Burstall Lane and Loraine Way

There are currently delays through a Suffolk village just off a major route as a boat is stuck.
Traffic is building up at the junction between Burstall Lane and Loraine Way in Sproughton.
This is just off the A14.
An eye-witness said emergency services were at the scene guiding traffic.
